My name is Jennifer Jackson, I’m an 19-year-old professional tennis player from Texas. Over the past few years, I’ve become deeply aware of the misinformation and corruption embedded within our food and health systems.
My journey began about 2 and a half years ago, when I developed persistent eczema. I started researching what I was eating, drinking, and using on my body. What I uncovered was eye-opening. The food supply was one issue, processed ingredients, industrial seed oils, artificial additives, and endocrine disruptors, but the deeper I looked, the more I realized the problem extended into every corner of everyday life. Household detergents, soaps, cleaners, deodorants, skincare products marketed as “safe” or “natural” often contained harsh chemicals, synthetic fragrances, preservatives, and ingredients I couldn’t pronounce, all wrapped in plastic.
I wanted genuine, transparent alternatives. Not trendy marketing terms or watered-down formulas, but products rooted in traditional ingredients that worked with the body instead of against it. Yet nearly everything labeled “clean” or “natural” still contained seed oils, artificial fragrance, or preservative systems that irritated my skin. So I began creating my own solutions. After many trials, failures, and improvements, I developed formula (the Tallow & Honey Balm) that finally healed my eczema rather than aggravating it. I shared them with friends and family, then at farmers markets and just like me, everyone loved it!
